NOTE:
- As Per Rules 50% of total members of the association may be elected/nominated as Member Executive committee.
- The office bearers (Chairman, Sr. Vice Chairman & Vice Chairman) will be elected from the above mentioned proposed list of members Executive Committee.
- The Chairman & Sr. Vice Chairman should not be elected/nominated from the same province (Zone).
- The Sr. Vice Chairman & Vice Chairman will be head of respective zone (Province),as per law they may called special meeting of the zone as and when required basis through Secretary General, PEMA.
- The Sr. Vice Chairman & Vice Chairman will act as Chairman in the absence of sitting Chairman.
- The members who have not paid their Annual Subscriptions of PEMA from last two years are not eligible to contest the election of the Association.
- As per DGTO’s Rule the office bearers (Chairman, Sr. Vice Chairman & Vice Chairman) will be for a period of one year whereas 50% members of executive committee should be changed every year.
